MR. WILLIAM GO

My father, contrary to my mom is a people person. He likes being around them and can deal with people from different walks of life. Although I look very much like my mom, somehow i see mo much of my personality from my dad. That's why sometimes it's hard because we both panic a lot inside. But anyway, if i can give him an award, it would be the Entrepreneur of Year, Public Service Award and Sige na nga, Ulirang Ama narin. haha! But seriously, Entrepreneur of the Year because of his wisdom and foresight in business. I have learned from how far fetched he thinks. He is able to study business trends and prepare for the future. Though did not finish school and cannot read business papers, you know he is always able to see things differently. When there are business meetings, he is always able to turn around the table ecause he saw an opportunity that nobody else did. His success I believe can be attributed to how much he gives too. My theory is, if your palms are open, they are open to receive also :) My dad is not attached to wealth. And i think, as Bo Sanchez said, the more you do not think of money, the more it come to you. Someting like that. Though sometimes we complain on how he gives too much and does not leave some for himself first. Everything has to be done in moderation. But he is really happiest in giving. Ulirang Ama award because, although he is not the typical Ulirang Ama practices family first, since he is very others oriented, you can just imagine how much time, love and effort he has poured into business just to give us what we have today :) I pray that he will learn to love himself more so he will have a longer life and enjoy the fruits of his labour.
