Universe in Conspiracy

For over ten years now, I have been an active member of a Catholic prayer group, the CLC (Christian Life Community) and have been guiding the youth in helping them see God in all things. But in all honesty, though I do recognize my blessings, this is the first year perhaps that I truly saw and felt the universe cooperate with my needs and wants so evidently. About 2 weeks before June, I found myself really dead and unable to do any business matter any longer. My energy was just so zapped for the past three years that I missed the young blood and energy of teaching terribly. The profession that I've always felt I was made for. This seems to be the usual nostalgia that hit me every summer when I know classes are about to open in June but I'm tied to the business. So, knowing that my chances of getting accepted was slim cause ICA, I know does not accept part-timers anymore and I was booked to leave for the 2 week World Youth Day celebration in July,no school would want me. I just texted my former coordinator Paula Reyes to express my intent. Low and behold! They were still in need of a teacher! They were willing to take me despite the baggages that I came along with! I was allowed to teach part time and STILL be absent for two weeks for Australia! So,my schedule became such that I would be at the office in the morning , go and teach for 2 hours 4x a week, go back to the office and work on my lesson for the following day after office hours or which is more or less after dinner. Leave to exercise until about 10:30pm and back to work again. Usually, my day would end at 2 am. So, longer hours but the two hours a day truly gave me so much more energy! So anyway, aside from all those grants, how did the universe cooperate? Whenever it will really be a very busy week in school, things would be lighter at work and vice versa. Just like how timely it was to have the sembreak at a time that things got very busy in the office! Who would have any hold on those things such as circumstances right??? And STILL able to insert a weekend business trip to Singapore in the middle of the year by taking an evening flight and back on Monday because I had no class on Mondays! BEAT THAT!And I even didn't have to prepare while in Singapore because we were just going to have film viewing when I get back. Who could imagine for a teacher having the luxury of doing business and inserting trips in the middle of the school year! My schedule is even so perfect that I am not behind lessons because my hours are not bumped off by school activities. My partner Kat would always tease me for being so lucky with my sched. I just answer, It's the universe cooperating :) A scenario like this sounds close to impossible for teachers. This is really a year where I could not ask for anything more, to have ALL these in ONE! Hearing my schedule, it sounds tough, but really, I feel emotionally lighter and my hours in school is like playtime :) Something that I just really had to do for myself. It is really the Universe conspiring to my advantage! THANK GOD in the truest sense of the PHRASE!
